How can I place an order?
You can easily order online via our webshop. Add your favorite dresses to your shopping cart, go to checkout and follow the steps to complete your order.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, iDEAL, Bancontact and American Express. All payments are processed securely.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, right after placing your order you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and order details.

Can I still change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible via info@shoppique.nl. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can adjust or cancel it for you.

Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all orders within the Netherlands and Belgium.

How long does delivery take?
The delivery time is 6–9 working days. You will receive a track & trace code as soon as your order has been shipped.

Which countries do you ship to?
At the moment we ship to the Netherlands, Belgium and other EU countries. Please contact us for shipping to other countries.

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped you will receive a track & trace code which you can use to track your parcel.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
You can return your order within 30 days free of charge. The dress must be unworn, with all tags still attached and in the original packaging.

How can I return an item?
Please contact us via contact@shoppique.online to register a return. You will then receive a return label and instructions.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and approved your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days.

Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Yes, you can! Please contact us and we will be happy to help you exchange your item.

Sizes & Fit

How do I know which size to order?
Check our size chart on each product page. Measure yourself and compare your measurements with our chart for the best fit.

Do the dresses fit true to size?
In general, our dresses fit true to size. Each dress includes fit information and the size the model is wearing.

What if the dress doesn’t fit?
No problem! You can return the dress within 30 days free of charge or exchange it for another size.

Products & Quality

Are the photos of the actual products?
Yes, all photos show the actual products. Colors may vary slightly due to your screen settings.

What materials do you use?
We use high-quality materials such as satin, velvet, lace and premium faux leather. The material composition is listed with each product.

How do I take care of my dress?
Care instructions are shown on the label inside the dress and on the product page. For most dresses we recommend dry cleaning to maintain the best quality.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can also checkout as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders and to order again more quickly.
